First Burn: Trim your wicks to be about ¼” in length before burning. We recommend using a wick trimmer since it creates a nice clean cut that maintains the integrity of the wicks. Make sure the melt pool reaches all sides of the candle before extinguishing the initial burn otherwise tunneling can occur.

Subsequent burns: You will want to trim the wicks to ¼” for every burn. We recommend only trimming wicks on cooled candles, to prevent debris from falling into hot wax.

Always: Burn your candles on an even, heat safe surface, away from drafts, and out of reach of pets and children. Once the flames are extinguished make sure the wicks are upright and centered.

We make our candles with a blend of natural coconut wax, essential oils, fragrance oils, and cotton, lead free wicks.

We will gladly accept returns/exchanges on any items that are in their original, unused condition along with all packaging, within 30 days of order delivery.

All packages are shipped by UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. Orders are processed and shipped within 1 - 2 business days from our studio in Chicago, IL. Transit times vary from 2-5 business days.
