Shipping policy

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (U.S.)

We currently ship within the United States via USPS, UPS, and other major carriers. Orders are processed within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note: shipping carriers may experience occasional delays that are outside of our control. We appreciate your patience during peak seasons or inclement weather.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international shipping to select countries. Rates and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight.

Please be aware that import duties, VAT, customs taxes, and related fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. These fees are not included in your order total and may be collected upon delivery by your local customs office. We do not control these charges and cannot waive or reimburse them.

If you are unsure about potential import costs, we recommend checking with your local postal or customs office prior to placing an order.

REFUSED OR UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

If you refuse delivery of a package due to unpaid customs fees or fail to collect it from your local post office or customs facility, your shipment may be returned to us or abandoned by the carrier.

Returned packages: If the item is returned to us in sellable condition, we are happy to re-ship it. However, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.

Refunds: If you would prefer a refund, we will refund the cost of the item(s) only, minus the original shipping cost and any return shipping or customs fees incurred.
