The Story Behind Pomodoro
Some scents stay with you long after the moment is gone.
Pomodoro was inspired by memories of Nonna's kitchen; tomatoes from the garden, fresh herbs nearby and everyone gathered around the table.
Rather than recreating the finished dish, Pomodoro captures what surrounded it: green tomato leaves, aromatic herbs and the familiar warmth of a kitchen filled with life.
